The Centre for Youth Voice
The Centre for Youth Voice at YMCA George Williams College advocates for and supports a stronger role for the voices of young people in evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
About the Centre for Youth Voice
Supported by the National Lottery Community Fund, the Centre for Youth Voice develops and shares approaches to embedding the voices of young people, directly supporting them to develop their research and evaluation skills.
Alongside our Youth Voice Ambassadors and Practitioner Panels, the Centre will draw together data, research, toolkits and resources to build a comprehensive blueprint for effective youth voice practice - supporting the sector to access tools to engage in youth voice and participation authentically and intentionally.
The Centre for Youth Voice Project Discovery Consultation
Over autumn 2023, we met with practitioners and young people across the UK to identify the strengths and gaps in youth voice and participation practice.
In this report, we share our consultation findings and our next steps for the Centre for Youth Voice - to transform youth voice and participation work in the youth sector.
