Regional Impact Networks: launching our training curriculum pilot programme

We’re pleased to announce the launch of a programme of pilot activities to test and refine a training curriculum for use across our Regional Impact Networks. This is a key part of growing our practice development ‘offer’ for youth organisations across England (and maybe further afield!): our aim is to provide freely available learning materials which are high quality, accessible and can be delivered in a variety of peer to peer contexts. 

The training curriculum covers a broad range of modules, from introductory sessions through to advanced evaluation concepts and methods. As well as testing and refining the content of each module, we will be working closely with our Network Leads to try out different formats, from short webinars through to half-day workshops.

Over the course of July and August, Mary McKaskill, our Practice Development Manager, will be working with Network Leads to confirm a schedule of training sessions to test out the materials over the next 9-12 months. We welcome ongoing feedback, so please contact Mary with any requests, suggestions or questions you may have.
