We are recruiting for a new Project Manager, come work with us!

2019-11-05

The Centre for Youth Impact is committed to working collaboratively to progress thinking and practice in impact measurement in youth work and provision for young people. Our vision is for all young people to have access to high quality programmes and services that improve their life chances. We believe that embedded approaches to more meaningful impact measurement are critical in achieving our vision.

We have created a new Project Manager role who will co-ordinate the Centre’s work on its main practice development projects, focused on high quality and responsive delivery, connecting with frontline youth work practice, and building partnerships. The Project Manager will also nurture key relationships with the Centre’s regional and national networks, and play an active role in the development and refinement of our programme offer in a cycle of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a candidate who is sharp, enquiring and an outstanding communicator. We need a strategic thinker who can seek out, digest and connect insights and share them with others in a way that inspires change. You will need a strong understanding of – and ideally - experience in front line provision for young people.

You will need to be comfortable and confident with CRM and information management systems, and an accomplished project manager who is comfortable keeping large and detailed programmes of work on track. You will also need to be comfortable working in a small charity, requiring agility and adaptability to respond to fast-moving opportunities.

Please include in your letter that you have the right to work in the UK. Please also complete the anonymous equality and diversity survey form as part of the application. We see particular strength in diversity, and welcome applications regardless of sex, gender, race, age, sexuality, belief or disability.

The deadline for receipt of your application is 12:00pm on Friday 29 November 2019. Applications received after this time will not be considered.

Interviews will take place on Friday 6 December 2019 at our offices in Hackney, E8.
