We're recruiting for the Relationships Cohort
2019-10-15
With support from City Bridge Trust, the Centre will spend two years working with two groups of ten organisations in London that work with young people through a relational approach (that is, intentionally attending to relationships, and creating opportunities to support young people to form and sustain quality relationships). This programme will deepen understanding of evaluating the quality of relationships between staff and young people. We are looking for practitioners in both targeted and open provision to take part in the programme. This work will build on the learning from the previous report: Can you bottle a good relationship?
Why participate?
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in a shared evaluation journey to understand quality relationships and how they can be improved over time. It is widely accepted that high quality relationships between young people and trusted adults are invaluable for young people’s development. This programme is an opportunity for practitioners to shape how relationships can be better evaluated, understood, and attended to. Through taking part, all participants will also have access to free training and support from the Centre for Youth Impact’s team.
