5. What do young people think about what we do?

This question is about seeking out, listening to, and acting on systematic feedback from the young people you support. Most youth organisations already have well-developed processes for young people to share their views and make their voices heard in leadership roles. Understanding what young people think of what you do in an evaluation context is slightly different and goes beyond youth voice. Youth-led research is yet more equitable, asking young people to design research and evaluations.
